This blend was created based on years of espresso service at our cafe locations. We aimed to build a blend that was versatile enough to taste sweet and chocolatey on its own, as well as able to turn milk into chocolate icecream. Second paragraph: The largest portion of this blend is made using Sitio Colina, which is a natural processed Brazil from a single farm lot. It's one of the sweetest, most flavorful Brazil lots we've ever sampled. Making up the remaining 25% is the Bilbao washed Colombia, which gives this blend an overall Blackforest cake vibe
